Personal Trainer With Deep Equestrian Expertise: As a NASM-certified personal trainer and competitive rider myself, I know strength training and functional fitness and the specific physical needs of equestrians. With a degree in Equestrian Business Management and over 20 years of horse care, training, and riding experience in multiple disciplines, I have a understanding of what riders need.
