From Hiding in the Stairwell to Building Strength & Confidence:

For years, I was immersed in diet culture and bombarded with images of the “perfect” body. This led me to believe that being thin equated to my self-value, so I focused on endless cardio and group fitness classes. Honestly, I was more worried about looking good than feeling good.

For a long time, the gym felt intimidating. I felt lost and out of place, like everyone else knew exactly what they were doing. The embarrassment was real, and for a long time, my workout spaces were empty classrooms or the quiet solitude of the stairwell at 6am. It wasn’t ideal, but it was my starting point. But deep down, I knew I wanted more. That’s why I took a leap of faith and scheduled a free consultation with a personal trainer. It was a scary decision, but it turned out to be the best one I ever made. Those few months changed everything. I discovered strength training, built confidence, and learned how to move my body without shame.



From Surviving to Thriving: The Power of Strength

Fast forward to the Covid lockdown. My desk job was draining me, but my daily strength training sessions kept me grounded. It was through building physical strength that I started to heal my relationship with food and finally developed genuine self-confidence.

However, for a long time, I let old injuries dictate what I could and couldn’t do. Frustration finally pushed me to seek help again. This time, with the guidance of a coach, I learned that fitness wasn’t just about looking good; it was about feeling good every day. It was about empowering myself to live my best life, free from limitations.

This is why I’m passionate about using strength training and functional movements to create strong, capable women like you! I take a holistic approach, addressing both mind and body. We’ll work together to create sustainable habits, set realistic goals, and most importantly, celebrate your progress along the way.

What Makes Me Different:

The most rewarding part of my job is witnessing my clients achieve things they never thought possible. Whether it’s pain-free play with their grandkids, guilt-free indulgence in favorite treats, or simply feeling proud of their bodies, these transformations are truly inspiring.

My ideal client is a woman who’s tired of the diet-and-cardio cycle. You’re frustrated with constant aches and pains, concerned about the future, and ready to take control of your health. You believe your body is a gift, and you want to honor it with strength and vitality.
